Having grown up in a small town surrounded by mountains, it’s no wonder that Mike is a nature lover and outside of work, you find him enjoying outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, biking, and skiing. It’s also worth mentioning that he worked as a forest firefighter during summers to pay his way through college – a testament to his belief in servant leadership.
