With over 30 years of experience, Kari has successfully spearheaded strategic initiatives and planning, improved financial operations and processes, and built teams across diverse industries including software-as-a-service (SaaS), healthcare, manufacturing, and distribution. She understands the challenges faced by growing organizations and has a track record of securing millions in growth funding, orchestrating financial turnarounds, and leading successful acquisitions and public offerings. Her true passion lies in leveraging her experience to empower organizations, helping them thrive and achieve long-lasting success.

In her free time, Kari is a devoted fan of the 49ers and SF Giants. Baseball is her favorite season, and she aspires to witness the Giants play in every major ballpark, a testament to her love for travel. She is also a big fan of Peloton and you can count on her joining her fitness community every day after working hours. On weekends you’ll find her spending time with family and friends, usually enjoying good food or indulging in boating adventures during the summer months.
