His reputation as a mentor and leader has spanned industry segments including medical devices, hi-tech, manufacturing, sporting goods and more. Business planning, financial analysis, strategic development as well as team development are what drive him the most.

Jeff Baldwin

For the past six years, as Sr. Director of Business Intelligence and Operations at Urban Airship and Jive Software, Jeff has been assisting companies with the development and implementation of internal digital strategies.  With a focus on business process, business systems, data and business intelligence (analytics and reporting) his leadership directive:  rethink, redesign, align and optimize business processes to support company growth plans.

Monique Herman

An experienced finance and operations professional with a focus on providing insights and leveraging best practices around business process design, cloud software applications and business intelligence, Monique transitions easily from detailed data analysis to developing and driving a strategic vision.  With a strong Finance & Accounting background, understanding data relationships and driving operational efficiencies comes naturally. Recent engagements include Jive Software, BlueVolt, Healthco Information Systems, and Urban Airship.

Ady brings to PlusPoint 20+ years' experience providing technology services in multiple industries.  His extensive experience with databases, programming, and systems integrations (NetSuite, Salesforce, HL7) makes Ady a key member of our Digital Operations team.  Ady holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics and has several Oracle and SAS certifications.

For over 24 years Elisabeth has been a leader of corporate finance, risk management and purchasing departments in multi-company and multi-state businesses. Most recently she served a lead role in the due diligence process for AWS Elemental's recent acquisition by Amazon. She enjoys partnering with businesses, providing financial reports, dashboard metrics and forecasting tools that support informed business decisions.
