Claire is a financial leader who sees the big picture and then connects the dots to understand complex issues, identify business drivers and take action. She has held leadership roles in companies of various sizes, from start-up to billion-dollar capitalization and has significant experience in financial management and infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, cross-disciplinary strategic initiatives, growing and developing teams, and international communications.
Claire has served as the CFO of Bigleaf Networks, the Senior Vice President of Finance for Integra, was a Hong Kong-based international consultant, has held various controllerships, and started her career at Deloitte where she worked out of both the Portland and London offices. She has worked in highly dynamic environments and overseen growth of 200% in both monthly recurring revenue and customer base. She’s also worked on multiple M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side, performing due diligence, and managing the data room and analyzing its content for strategic alignment. Claire has been involved in several fundraising efforts, including private equity, bonds, and initial public offerings.
You may have noticed her international experience. Claire caught the travel bug while studying abroad in college and has had a love of travel and culture ever since. Having lived in Europe at a young formidable age, she was exposed to some of the world’s best art, which is how her passion for collecting art started. If she isn’t out exploring new countries and art galleries, you’ll find her enjoying her beautiful garden with her adorable pup.
